What is the Difference Between Radio Button and Check Box



Radio Button(Or Option Button) Checkbox

Do you know why radio buttons got that name?
In the Olden days, the radios (that is, music players or transistors) have a number of buttons. See the Picture below. If you press any button, other buttons will be automatically released. That means, at any one time, only one button can be ON.
Never Forget:
Radio Button(or Option button) is for selecting ONLY ONE CHOICE. Checkbox for selecting ONE OR MORE CHOICES.
